30-Day Return Period

You are entitled to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. Please ensure you initiate the return within this timeframe.

Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

How to Start a Return

Upon approval of your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package.

Issues with Your Product

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We are dedicated to resolving such issues promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will notify you of the status of your refund after we've received and inspected the returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

If a product is returned for reasons not due to our error, the shipping costs are non-refundable.
